SHIPPING POLICY
We will endeavour to get your order out to you fast but we will also be out there looking after chickens and they will always come first which I am sure you will understand. So bear with us and we will get your order to you as soon as possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As an animal rescue organisation, every penny counts for us and we don't have the facility to take returns back. If the item is defective of course we will refund and replace but please check sizing if ordering garments as we are not able to swap and replace as the item will sit with us and cost the chickens money, we are so sorry.
